This work is an invitation to slow down and listen more closely to your body.
Through one-on-one support, we explore your rhythms, your stress patterns, and what your body has been asking for so you can begin to feel more steady, nourished, and at home within yourself.

Rooted Beginning

A single 90-minute session designed to help you slow down and really understand what your body has been asking for. Together, we’ll look at your current patterns—stress, nourishment, daily rhythms—and begin to gently piece together what’s been out of alignment. You’ll leave with a personalized, supportive action plan you can begin implementing right away, without overwhelm.


8-Week Return to Rhythm

This is a deeper offering for the woman who is ready to understand her body. Over eight weeks, we gently work through patterns of stress, nourishment, and disconnection, while building a new foundation rooted in safety, consistency, and support. This is not about doing more. It’s about doing what actually works for your body.

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

Optional Add-On

Reiki Support

You can choose to add Reiki sessions throughout your 8 weeks for deeper nervous system regulation and energetic support.

Reiki Sessions

A gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy practice designed to support the body in returning to a state of calm. These sessions are for the moments when you feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected, when your body needs space to rest and reset.

Single Sessions can be held in person or via Zoom. If weather permits, sessions are held on a private tree deck outside. Otherwise are indoors at a set location.
