Meet The Founder.

Welcome to Seasons of She. Behind this space is Christina Zelezen a Board Certified Integrative Health Coach, Community Gatherer, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and a woman who’s learned that every season of life asks something different of us. Christina’s journey began with her own health challenges—from a miscarriage to a missing cycle, a diagnosis of ovarian failure + early menopause, infertility + HRT — this showed her what healing means, the deep need for honest and practical support paired with community and helpful resources.

Her approach blends holistic wellness, nutrition, nervous system care, blood sugar balance and seasonal living—rooted in the belief that when we listen to our bodies, honor our rhythms, foster sustainable habits and gather with other women, we find strength and balance again.

“I created Seasons of She because I know how isolating it can feel to navigate hormonal changes, shifting energy, and the transitions that come with womanhood. It’s lonely and scary. I know how confusing it all can be. My own path showed me how deeply we need spaces that offer both practical tools, coaching and a place to feel seen and heard. There’s a calling to walk alongside women through every season/chapter of their lives.”

Based in the forests of Plumas County, California, she can often be found sipping tea, hiking, reading, teaching yoga at Heart Root Yoga, skiing, listening to the Dave Matthews Band, homesteading or just out and about with her husband, pup and friends.
